Give each player one useful nudge, right when he needs it.
Journey checks in by text, learns the blocker, then sends one small nudge at the moment it can help. Before study hall. Before practice. After travel. Before bed. If a nudge is not enough, Journey makes the human handoff easy.
Illustrative. Coaches see team trends, not private replies.

Try it yourself
One question. Then the next right nudge.
Pick what is up. See the next text.
Built from a former Division I athlete who wanted a 15-second practice goal and somewhere private to put lineup anxiety.
How it works
Ask. Nudge. Help.
One question.
A short text before practice, study hall, travel or bed.
One next step.
One goal. One timer. One reminder. Not a plan.
One person, if needed.
Bring in the tutor, trainer, advisor or mental performance staff only when it helps.
Already working with students
Students answer texts.
At the University of New Haven, the same nudge engine produced:
“Journey is the first thing I’ve seen that students actually answer.”

The basics
Three questions.
What does a coach see? +
Team trends, not private replies. Individual conversations follow the player’s consent and your approved support rules.
Does this count toward CARA? +
It is designed to stay voluntary: no required replies, no attendance, and no tie to playing time. We set the final guardrails with compliance before launch.
Have you run it with a Division I roster? +
Not yet. Journey already works with college students, including at UNLV. The roster experience would start as a pilot built with the department.
Try it with one roster.
