Partner Terms and Conditions

There are a few rules about our referral program you should know about. No “gotchas” here—just clear terms to keep everyone on the same page. (Also, please refer to our FAQ page [here].)

Self-Referrals & Account Rules
• Self-referrals are not allowed (i.e. signing up through your own referral link).
• Abuse, gaming, or attempting to mislead (for example, posting fake discounts on coupon-sharing websites) will result in your account being permanently banned.
• Referrers are permitted to maintain a single account only. An email address cannot be associated with multiple referral accounts.

Attribution Exceptions
In some cases, we can award credit even if a customer didn’t sign up through your referral link or coupon code. If you believe you deserve credit under such circumstances, please contact us at journey@journeynudge.com. We’ll do our best to attribute the referral to your account—provided the customer isn’t already linked with another referrer. Note that our standard 60-day attribution window applies.

Advertising Guidelines
• No paid search engine ads on Bing or Google (especially when targeting branded terms or domain names). Running search ads directly to your referral link will result in your account being permanently banned.
• Social ads on platforms like Meta or LinkedIn are permitted. If you have any questions about acceptable advertising practices, please email journey@journeynudge.com.

Brand Representation
Do not impersonate Journey Nudge Coach or act on our behalf in any unauthorized manner—including using misspellings or variations of our brand name (for instance, as an employee, company, or website).

Changes & Termination
• We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service for our referral program at any time.
• We reserve the right to terminate your referral account at our sole discretion if you violate any of these rules.
• Commissions generated through methods that violate these Terms of Service will not be paid or owed.

Commission Payment(s)

Processing & Payout Schedule:

  • Commissions are processed on the 1st of every month for the previous month’s earnings.
  • Payouts are issued on the 15th of each month via PayPal.

Provisioning Window:

  • An earned commission payout becomes eligible (due) after a 30-day provisioning window. This period helps prevent fraud, spam, and potential chargebacks.
  • Eligible commissions are processed on the 1st, and payouts follow on the 15th of each month.

Payout Details:

  • PayPal: To receive payment, you must provide a valid PayPal email address. Depending on your account type and/or receiving country, PayPal may charge fees for incoming transfers. These fees are considered a referral business expense. PayPal is the only payout method available at this time. To update or change your PayPal email address, please do so [here].
  • Payout Maximum: Referrers can earn up to $1,000 (Journey Nudge credits) in commission per individual customer referral.

Commission Variations

While our standard commission structure is up to 60% for 12 months, commissions may vary based on special performance-based agreements. For example:

• Some referrers may receive a lower or higher commission percentage based on special deals or tier levels.
• Some arrangements might extend commission payouts beyond the standard 12 months.

Regardless of the structure, the maximum eligible commission per individual referral remains capped at $100,000 (USD).

Contests & Giveaways

As a valued Journey Nudge Coach referrer, you’re eligible to participate in our exclusive quarterly Getaway Contests and other occasional giveaways—offered in addition to your regular commission earnings.

Quarterly Getaway Contest
Each quarter, we offer an all-expenses-paid getaway as a reward for outstanding performance.
• The getaway package includes round-trip airfare and hotel accommodations for two, with a total value not exceeding $5,000.00 (USD).
• To qualify, you must achieve the highest net new referral sales over the quarter, with a minimum of $2,500.00 (USD) in total sales.
• Winners will be announced during the first week of each quarter. Note that while you can win multiple getaways, consecutive quarterly wins are not permitted.

Additional Contests & Giveaways
Occasionally throughout the year, additional contests and giveaways will be held.
• Eligible participants can qualify through a single net new referral or by meeting specific contest criteria.
• Winners are selected via a random, raffle-style drawing from all qualified entrants.
